pobrecito blog

I have offically been neglecting my blog- "sorry blog, you know I love you". But really, I feel bad. I was in PERU and I went to COLOMBIA- I LOVED COLOMBIA and then on the 22nd of March I return to CR! And as soon as I got to Costa Rica, my brother was here, and FAMOUS Hayley was here and I had to get to the beach, find my apartment, get my friends settled start a new job, by the end of the second week I had a second job and all this was happening at once, and thus the blog went on the back burner.

SO where was I... ah yea- back to Cusco then the ride to LIMA- this trip wasn't so bad other then the fact there was a landslide blocking the road in the middle of the night and we were set back a little bit... otherwise I got to LIMA no problem and then took a cab to dead g-mamas house.  This was a thursday night and the coolest thing ever... my Friend Ricardo from D.F was in town on Business so I called him and we planned to meet at the park near his hotel in Miraflores! COOL.  The cab picked me up and when I told him where to go I used the McDonalds as a reference, and the cabbie said "que" I said "McDonalds"- "ComoCOmo?" yo "Mc-DONALDS- hamberguesa! papas fritas!?" - then he said "OOOHHH MAC-DOONALDS?" hahaha - yea sure- however...

As we pull up to the MAC-DOOONalds I see my friend crossing the street! HOW COOL! Seriously we are both from different parts of the world and here we find ourselves in PERU! It just was tooo cool! SO we go get a beer and a pisco- and caught up.

The the following day we met up in the afternoon, I almost got hit by a car- HOLEY MOLEY that was a close one. ANYWAY we spent the day in LIMA- ate some awesome Ceviche, went to the plaza central I got a hair wrap then we went to this fountain park which was neat and then out on the town around 10pm for a live Cuban Salsa Band at the FIESTA Casino! A couple of pisco and dancing! What a night! :)

The next day Ricardo had to leave and I had plans to go down the coast with Sandras Family.

Down the Peruvian coast to follow.
